		<description>I read an excerpt (from a book) that was all about having a beginner&#039;s mind in dance and in life, and I really liked the idea of it.  I like the idea of looking at things as though they are new and fresh, and in that way you can learn much more and take in so many more details than if you just assume you already know everything about whatever situation you&#039;re in.  It&#039;s so helpful! :)</description>
